  • Prepare documents and proposed lease as needed to best represent the tenant/lessee in making an offer to landlord.
  • Navigate the process as required to close on a lease satisfactory to tenant/lessee.

Seller’s Representative:

  • Determine seller’s plans, business strategies, needs, preferences, constraints and disclosures.
  • Showcase client’s property on commercial property search engines and websites such as:
    • CoStar (largest database for commercial real estate professionals)
    • Loopnet (worldwide marketing to anyone)
    • The FirstLight website
    • Industry-specific electronic media
  • Strategically place appropriately sized, attractive FirstLight for sale signs on the client’s property.
  • Target market seller’s property to potentially interested parties via flyers, phone, meetings, and/or periodicals as may be appropriate and effective.
  • Provide interested parties detailed property information as may be appropriate and needed, including items such as maps, photographs, drone video, surveys, floor plans, demographics, and information provided by seller.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing for a sales contract in seller’s best interests maximizing return.
  • Prepare documents as needed to best represent seller in making a sale.
  • Navigate the entire process as required to timely close a deal satisfactory to seller.

Landlord’s Representative:

  • Determine landlord’s plans, business strategies, needs, preferences, constraints and disclosures.
